Latest#
Billing, seats & plan lifecycle
- Seats on Team, Business and Enterprise plans are bought before you invite, and unused seats can be removed (Seat management).
- Business organizations can move down to Team when everything they have fits Team's limits (How plan changes work).
- A plan that ends goes read-only for 14 days, then locks — your data is kept, and subscribing again restores it. Members of a family or organization see where they stand under Billing → Your plan (Your plan).
Vault safety
- Nightly vault backups with Back up now, and restore into a new vault beside your existing ones.
- Cloud Storage for connecting your own Google Drive to a vault's files.
Families
- Shared family vaults: the organizer chooses the vaults, grants read-only or read & write access, and changes the vault key when someone loses access. Members manage their side in My family.
DevOps & organizations
- Slack and webhook integrations as named destinations for alert routes.
- The organization access report, and signed integrity receipts for the audit log's chain verification (Audit logs).
Vaults & sidebar
- The sidebar's Vaults section now lists the vaults you've starred, plus your Personal vault — creating a vault no longer adds it to the rail. Star one from its sidebar row, its vault card, or Settings → General (Folders & favorites).
- Pinned folders is now folders only. Pinning a vault and starring it were two ways to do one thing; starring is the one that remains.
Documentation & help
- New in-app documentation center with full-text search (⌘K), a navigable sidebar, and the pages you're reading now.
- Native app and browser-extension download links are labeled Soon on the website while those platforms are in development.
Website & onboarding
- Server-side rendering for faster first loads of public pages.
- New product pages (Vault Platform, Security Center, Audit Trail, zero-knowledge architecture, audit & compliance) and audience pages for individuals, families, and solo professionals.
- A working password generator embedded on the landing page, and a redesigned pricing page.

Billing, plans & entitlements
- Stripe-backed checkout and subscription management, including price history for subscription packs (Plans & subscription).
- Feature gating by plan via a central entitlement service, with clear locked/upsell states for features outside your plan.
- Read-only mode for expired subscriptions — your data stays accessible, editing resumes when billing is restored.
- Free-trial status banner and a contact-sales flow for larger plans.
Tasks & projects
- Full project management module: projects with wizard-based creation, task boards with drag-and-drop status lanes, Jira-style task keys, a full-page task view, and a rich-text editor (Task Workflows, Projects).
- Task assignment with member avatars and a task dashboard with summary metrics.
Vaults & files
- In-app file viewer for attachments, with keyboard navigation between files.
- Attachments are now encrypted on-device before an item is created, so staged files never leave the browser unencrypted.
- Vault list improvements: clickable rows, item detail navigation, and empty-state guidance.
Reliability & polish
- Smarter real-time notification reconnection (token rotation no longer causes reconnect loops).
- Cleaner breadcrumb navigation and numerous dark-mode and layout refinements.
