Reports Center overview
Enterprise analytics, security posture, audit trails, and custom reporting for organizations — what's available and how to use it.
The Reports Center turns your organization's activity and security signals into insight for operators, security teams, and auditors.
Report families#
Activity
Login history, item modifications, access logs, and sharing activity.
Security
Password strength, trends, and vulnerability assessment.
Analytics
Adoption and feature usage across your organization.
Audit & compliance
Audit dashboard, trace explorer, integrity checks, and exports.
Custom reports#
- Scheduled reports — the weekly security digest, emailed to everyone who can read your organization's security report, and whether each week's went out.
- Export center — a copy of the audit trail as CSV or JSON, with a record of every export taken.
There is no custom report builder: exports plus a spreadsheet cover the same ground.
Audit integrity#
The Trace explorer lets you drill into a single event and see everything recorded in the same request. Because the audit log is hash-chained, you can run an integrity verification to detect tampering, and see every earlier check.
The Reports Center is open to anyone whose role includes audit read access to the organization — Organization Administrator by default, and any custom or delegated role your organization grants it to. See Roles & permissions.

A report your plan does not include is left out of the Reports sidebar rather than shown locked. If you open its address directly, you land on a page explaining which plan includes it. How far back reports can look depends on your retention — see Plan comparison & limits.
