My Organization

Your own page for the organization you belong to — your role, the permissions you hold and where they come from, your teams, the history of changes to your membership, and any invitation waiting for you.

If your account is part of a Team, Business or Enterprise organization, Account → My Organization is your page about it. It is for every member — administrators and the owner included — and it answers four questions: what am I here, what can I do, who put me here, and what has changed. It shows only your own facts, never a billing figure.

A different page, Security & compliance, covers what your organization requires of you and what its administrators can see about your vaults.

At the top: who you are here#

A card shows your picture, your name and email, and your role in the organization. If you are the owner it also says Owner; if your membership is suspended, a Suspended badge appears; and Member since gives the date you joined. Beside it sit the organization's name, its logo if it has one, and its type.

Administrators also get an Open administration button on this card, so they are never left here with no way to the tools.

An invitation waiting#

If someone has invited you to another organization and you never received or opened the email, an Invitation waiting card appears with Accept and Decline. The invitation is matched to the address you are signed in with, so no link is needed.

The tabs#

Tab What it holds
Overview Your membership, password rules, a link to Security & compliance
Access & teams Your access and Your teams
History Changes to your membership
People Everyone active in the organization

People is only shown to members who hold at least one organization permission — administrators, the owner, finance and reporting roles, and any custom role that bundles one. A plain member does not get a directory of everyone. Opening a link to the People tab without that permission lands you on Overview.

Overview#

  • Your membership lists the Organization, Your role, Joined, Your plan, Paid for by (who pays for your seat — never an amount), People here (how many seats are in use) and, only when the organization is not active, its Status. Who to ask for access names a contact when your organization has set one.
  • the card Password rules followed by your organization's name and "sets" appears only when your organization has raised the bar for sign-in passwords. It lists the rules and, if there is one, how many of your last passwords you cannot reuse. They apply the next time you change your master password. You see them here because a member cannot open the policy pages, and would otherwise first learn of a long minimum from a refusal.
  • Your security in followed by the organization's name opens Security & compliance.
  • A closing line states that the organization manages this account and that only an administrator can remove you from it, which closes the account. There is no leave button, deliberately — see Delete account.

Access & teams#

Your access is a table of the permissions you hold right now, with their Area, Permission and From columns: Granted to you for a permission given to you directly, or Your role for one that comes with your role. A permission you have been denied is simply absent. With none, the page says "Standard member access — no administrative permissions", and a suspended member sees that the membership is suspended and holds no permissions until reinstated.

Your teams lists each team and Your role in it. If you are in none, it says so and tells you who to ask.

History#

Changes to your membership lists, newest first, role changes, permissions granted or revoked, teams joined or left, and suspensions, with columns When, What changed, Detail and By. By says You when you made the change and otherwise the person's name, because a team lead may act as well as an administrator. The list covers the period your organization's plan keeps audit records for, and does not include a change to what a role itself allows, since that applies to everyone holding the role. With nothing recorded it reads "No changes recorded in the window your plan keeps."

People#

People in followed by the organization's name lists the active colleagues by name and email, with a count. Roles are not shown here — those belong to the administrators' user directory.

If you are not in an organization#

The page reads You're not in an organization. If a company invites you to its plan, the invitation arrives by email and brings you straight here. Any invitation waiting for your address is shown with Accept and Decline; Go to my dashboard takes you back.
