My security overview
Your account security dashboard — security score, password health, breach monitoring, activity log, and travel mode, plus the account controls it links out to.
My security is where you see how your own account is doing. It surfaces a single security score and the actions that improve it, then sends you to the control that fixes each one.
It measures; it does not configure. The switches themselves — two-factor authentication, your devices, your active sessions — live under Account, so there is one place to change a setting and one place to see the effect.
Where to find it#
The same area is open to every customer, including members of an organization. Open My security from the sidebar, or from the account menu under your name — on every plan it is the same pages, under the same name. It used to be called Security Center, so older guides and emails may still use that name. It is about your account only — what your organization sees about its members is in the Reports Center.
Inside it, the sidebar groups the pages like this:
| Group | Page | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Security Dashboard | Everyone |
| Activity | Activity Log | Everyone |
| Passwords & Data | Password Health | Everyone |
| Passwords & Data | Breach Monitoring | Premium and above |
| Protection | Travel Mode | Premium and above |
"Premium and above" means every plan from Premium up, including Solo Professional, Family, Team, Business and Enterprise. On a Free or personal plan the two locked pages carry a PREMIUM label. Members of an organization do not see a page their plan does not include at all, because there is no personal upgrade to offer them from inside an organization seat.
The dashboard#
- A banner at the top — Good Security, Fair Security, Poor Security or Not scanned Security — with Score: n / 100 underneath. 80 and above is Good, 60 to 79 is Fair, below 60 is Poor.
- Security Score — the same number as a ring gauge. It shows — until something has analysed your vault, because an account that has never been scanned reports no issues and would otherwise show a flattering score it has not earned. Run a scan from Password health to get a real one.
- Recommendations — a ranked list. Each one has a severity colour, a +N pts chip showing exactly how far your score rises when you resolve it, and an action button that takes you to the page that fixes it. When nothing is left, the list reads All recommendations completed!
- Four cards that link onward:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Password Health | Not scanned, N Issues or Clear, with a one-line summary |
| Breach Monitoring | Premium on a Free plan; otherwise the number of breaches found, or Clear |
| Two-Factor Auth | Enabled or Disabled |
| Trusted Devices | N Active — how many devices are mapped to your account |
A new phone signed in#
If a different mobile device signs in with your password while a trusted mobile is already linked, a red banner appears at the top: New mobile sign-in while a trusted mobile is linked. That device cannot unlock your vault. If it was not you, change your password. If it was you and you want to use the new phone, choose Revoke trusted device to remove the existing one first; Dismiss hides the banner.
What's inside#
Password health
Find weak, reused, and old passwords across all your vaults.
Breach monitoring
Get alerted if a stored credential appears in a known breach.
Activity & audit log
Every security-relevant event on your account, in order.
Travel mode
Temporarily restrict which vaults are accessible.
The controls it links to#
These live under Account — this area reports on them and links you straight there. If it has a save button, it is Account; if it has a number, it is here.
Two-factor authentication
Account → Two-Factor Auth. Set up TOTP and manage backup codes.
Devices
Account → Devices. Link a phone, and revoke anything you no longer trust.
Active sessions
Account → Active Sessions. See active sign-ins and revoke any you don't recognize.
Recovery & Emergency Kit
Account → Recovery. Identification code, recovery email, Access Key recovery.
Check your security score monthly. Fixing the top recommendation each time keeps your account healthy with minimal effort.
For families and teams#
Family admins can review family-wide security; organizations get deeper, multi-user insight in the Reports Center.
